STAMFORD/HARTFORD, CT ---- Connecticut Ballet has announced three new board members providing additional expertise and oversight to the ballet company’s management and development in coming seasons. In announcing the new members, Board Chair Lisa Greene stated, “We are delighted to welcome these dynamic women to the Board particularly as we embark on an ambitious and exciting three-year plan leading to our 50th Anniversary Season.”



Jane Britton is a procurement professional at Travelers Insurance Company in Hartford, where she has worked for 13 years, and has had other roles spanning corporate finance and strategic sourcing. Throughout her extensive volunteer career, Jane has served multiple terms as President of the Friends of the Wadsworth Atheneum and sits on that institution's Community Council. She also provides fiscal governance oversight and organizational leadership to other community organizations.
Jane holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College, a Master of Library and Information Science from the University at Albany, SUNY, and an MBA from the University of Connecticut, along with numerous professional certifications. She joins the Connecticut Ballet Board of Directors with a deep commitment to the vital role of the arts in our communities and a longstanding dedication to volunteer service.

Kami Evans is a Connecticut entrepreneur, business leader, civic advocate, and Founder and CEO of Evergreen Energy Advocates. With more than 25 years of experience in business development, strategic growth, and corporate leadership, she has built a career around creating opportunity and connecting people, businesses, and communities.
Kami has been recognized by U.S. Senator Richard Blumenthal for her community impact and service and was a candidate for Connecticut State Senate in 2024. She holds a B.A. in Corporate Communications from Southern Connecticut State University and has pursued executive education at Harvard, Yale, Cornell, and MIT. A mother of two, Kami is passionate about education, the arts, community engagement, and using business as a platform for positive impact.
Kimberly Grustas is an entrepreneur, brand strategist, and business leader with more than 25 years of experience building companies, brands, and consumer relationships. She began her career as a creative director before founding a branding and advertising agency in 2000. In 2008, she launched a nationally recognized consumer brand, where she continues to serve as Founder and CEO.
Throughout her career, Kimberly has specialized in identifying underserved markets, developing differentiated brands, and translating creative vision into sustainable business growth. Her experience spans strategic positioning, marketing, communications, audience development, and organizational leadership. She brings to the Connecticut Ballet Board a strong interest in helping strengthen the organization’s visibility, relevance, and position as a leading cultural institution in Connecticut.
