1:00-2:00pm – boys & girls ages 5.5-6.5*

2:00-3:00pm – boys & girls ages 6.5-7.5*

3:00-4:15pm – boys & girls ages 8-10*

4:30-6:00pm – boys & girls ages 10.5-12

6:15-7:15pm – boys & girls ages 13-17

 

*Previous dance experience is helpful but not required for children ages 4-10.

 

We encourage interested dancers to try out for an opportunity to perform in this professional production.

 

NOTES:

A parent/guardian must accompany each child and must be available to sign the audition paperwork upon arrival. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the audition start time and be prepared to stay the entire announced time above. Parents are not allowed to observe or video the audition process.

 

Attire/Hair Prep: leotard, tights, bike shorts (boys), t-shirts (boys), ballet slippers, hair in a ballet bun, no skirts, no jewelry.

 

Stamford cast rehearsals may occur on Friday, Saturday or Sunday depending on the assigned role.

Production week at the Palace Theatre is December 10-15.
 

Hartford cast rehearsals are on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Production week at The Bushnell is December 18-22.

 

There is a $100 participation fee for those offered a role in the production. Tentative casting will be announced on or before Sunday, October 6th.

Participation fee is due at your child’s first rehearsal.
